Day 1 Hanoi Arrival

Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam’s bustling colonial capital. Your driver and guide from Cyclo Travel & Leisure will meet you outside the baggage claim of Noi Bai Airport and take you to your hotel in the city center. In the afternoon, enjoy an orientation walk, visiting some of Hanoi’s main attractions: the Opera House, Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. In the evening, savor a welcome dinner of authentic Vietnamese food at one of Hanoi’s finest restaurants.

Day 2 Hanoi – Mai Chau – Thai Tribe Village

Wake early and enjoy breakfast at the hotel, before setting off on your drive to Mai Chau – a yawning valley, cradling picturesque rice paddies and boarded by looming karst rock formations. Have an authentic lunch with a local family of the Thai Tribe and enjoy some free time to acquaint yourself with the villagers. At 3:00 PM cycle along the tarmac trails through the village and across the rice paddies. Return to the Thai Village in the evening to freshen up and savor a delicious dinner at the long house.

Day 3 Mai Chau – Cuc Phuong National Park – Tam Diep – Ninh Binh

Have breakfast at the village then drive to Nho Quan and spend the day biking through the lush and beautiful countryside. Stop for a picnic lunch then bike through Cuc Phuong National Park. Continue to cycle through country lanes and across emerald-green rice fields. Arrive in Tam Coc in the late afternoon. Check-in at the hotel and spend rest of the day at your leisure.

Biking: 3 to 6 hours (We offer a couple of levels to choose from easy to experience cycling)

Day 4 Tam Coc – Bich Dong – Hanoi

Have breakfast at the hotel, then start the day the local way—rowing traditional sampans through the rice fields to visit 3 caves in Tam Coc (Hang Ca, Hang Giua and Hang Con).  Have lunch then bike to Bich Dong to visit the mountaintop pagoda. Continue you on your bike trip, cycling through the local villages to Hoa Lu. Drive back to Hanoi in the late afternoon. Finish the trip in Hanoi ! End of our services ! See you next trip !
